Apartment holiday rentals in Gebze

I searched a place for my recovery after a surgery. The apt had everything I needed for a comfortable cozy stay and the host was very friendly, always responsive for everything I needed. The street is next to a pedestrian zone. Restaurants and shops are only a few meters away. Since it’s a side street, it was sometimes a little noisy on weekends, but mostly quiet. I’m completely satisfied and would recommend this place to everyone.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood in Kadikoy. Clean and warm house. The kitchen had everything you need. Hot water with pressure. Great location for walking, lots of places nearby to eat and drink. The host was always very helpful and kind. She responded to all our requests and beyond that she also allowed us to check in early. Thanks!! Small things to improve: The location of the bed only on one side is a problem when you want to move around. The refrigerator is too noisy every now and then. The location of the washing machine near the toilet is not convenient, especially for large and tall people.

Melih's place was exceptionally good! Booked this apartment because of the cozy and homey feel it had, and once checked in, it did not disappoint. Melih was very responsive from the first request, incredibly friendly and helpful host, offered to go above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable unique one in a city I often visit. The check in was smooth and very flexible. As soon as I got to the apartment, I was in awe of how well it was thought of, how clean it was, and I mean extremely clean (this is coming from an OCD person for clean places). there was everything you need for a comfortable stay that felt like staying at a family home. The location is also very convenient as described. Every single detail in the apartment, from the toiletries in the bathroom, to the kitchen, to the ornaments and artwork in the entire apartment, and oh, the googly eyes on simple imperfections to make them humorous, and I cannot stop mentioning how clean the floors and carpets were. Thank you!

One of the best parts was the neighborhood: peaceful, charming, and full of lovely streets with fresh pastries, delicious local food, and everything within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything needed for a small group — all the amenities, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. The location also offers excellent transport connections, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for creating such a welcoming space. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is very cozy, clean, and located in a quiet street within private blocks, which made it feel very safe and comfortable. The view was fabulous, and the experience of being on the 49th floor was amazing. The room in general was clean. Also, Mr. Can is a good host. He was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the stay.

Such a wonderful place! It was our second time staying here and it's our favorite on the islands. So clean and also close to the water and all the shops without having to go up too much of a hill. 😊

Apon arrival I was given clear video instructions on how to enter and exit the building. Apartment was clean when I arrived, matched the description. Overall enjoyed my stay here. If I had any questions or concerns (I was new to the country) I’d Message and get a response within 10mins everytime. Local shops and restaurants! Good internet! Whole building was clean! Can order food to the room, which was helpful! If I were to be fussy I’d say the Only fault is there’s a slight noise 24/7 due to the road but nothing to lose sleep over. Though for the location this is expected. Lastly, to the very helpful host I’d suggest having a welcome pack. Eg some cheap snacks and bottled water. Coming from the UK at first I wasn’t sure to do. But I soon asked for assistance and was reassured with recommendations of where to shop. I would go back to this place. Thought the price was reasonable.

Can’s apartment was spacious, matched the descriptions and pictures well, and the check in process was smooth. Can responded to our questions right away and was extremely helpful over chat. Thank you for being a great host!

The house is in a perfect location. You can walk to the metrobus 200m and Kadıköy 1.5 km if you want. The return by metrobus at night is very easy due to the location of the house. Apart from that, the house is very clean, the entrance to the house is very easy and you can be comfortable because it is in a gated community. The balcony is spacious and very pleasant. The host is very interested. We had a systemic problem with the entrance and exit of the parking garage, I called the host and took care of it instantly. Thanks for everything. I will choose it again for my next trips.

Staying with Etel has been by far my best Airbnb experience to date. Her apartment offers a calm environment to recover from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. She and her brother were more than welcoming to me and helped me many times throughout my stay there. I highly recommend taking a bus ride down to Emirgan Park or the Bosphorus, which are only 2 to 3 bus stops away from her apartment. The location of the apartment is also incredibly convenient for university students who have just arrived in Istanbul. In short: I can't recommend this place enough. Etel is a wonderful host and a joy to talk to. If you have some time to spare after a day of exploring the city, she will be excited to show you whichever puzzle she is currently working on.
