A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.
“What a wonderful B&B this is: a complete house with all the trimmings in a former chicken coop, in a beautiful garden, with beautiful chickens and a rooster! The owners are super welcoming and friendly, we immediately felt at home. We were surprised by the complete interior, everything was thought :) There were all kinds of extras in the kitchen, such as oil, vinegar, coffee, mayonnaise, milk, juice. The fresh eggs were delicious! There was a milk frother, nice shower cream, even a night light, flashlight and nail scissors, ironing board! There was central heating, towel heating + an extra 'fireplace'! Good wifi and a television. We enjoyed the terrace, the view of the garden and the chickens. The village is small and beautifully preserved, you imagine yourself in a different time. There is a bakery and a supermarket in a village nearby. You can take walks or bike rides in the area. We would love to come back here!”
Located in the old fortress town of Geervliet, is this unique loft barn from the early nineteenth century. The Airbnb is equipped with a wood stove and is not insulated, experience the authentic atmosphere! Spending the night in the winter is for bumps! Romantic bedrooms, a spacious living room, cozy kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet. The garden provides space for BBQ, making a fire and children have plenty of room to romp! Rotterdam 20 km. Supermarket 1 km, Bakery at 500 meters.
“Kindly received. The wood-burning stove was switched on beforehand, so it was nice and warm when you entered. Welcome sign with some delicacies next to it, this made us feel right at home! In consultation, we were allowed to check out a little later, since we had a night party in Rotterdam. We would come back again, but maybe in the spring / summer, because it was secretly a bit chilly.”
A cozy room in a shared apartment, located in Delft. Close to the university, train station, the city center (+/- 10 min by bike). Several supermarkets are within walking distance and the bus stop is just at the end of the street. We are a couple that loves to travel and that's why we would like to open our home to other travelers as well. When we travel we appreciate a great airbnb experience where you can interact with locals and feel at home in a new city.
“The room is as advertised. Quite cozy! This is my first BnB that fulfilled the very definition of bed and BREAKFAST. Breakfast was always quite good and generous! Crystal clear instructions regarding checking in and out. The room has an amazing view. There is a nearby Delft Campus Train station and Den Haag and Rotterdam are easily accessible. Tessa and Rick's place is also quite accessible from the center and TU Delft. Plus, their cat Mare is also amazing. Would choose the place again without hesitation. My best recommendations!”
