You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. The house is located on the top floor of the former office building of the "Spinnerei Deutschland" built in 1895. The building has now been completely restored for occupancy. From the kitchen you can reach the roof terrace, which offers a lot of privacy, or the cozy sitting area on the other side. From there, you enter the sleeping area. A separate bathroom completes the house.
