Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Outside there is a simple outdoor kitchen with cold water, hob and sink, a shower with hot water under the roof and Porta potti toilet. Walking paths are right at your doorstep. Bed linens and towels are available for an additional fee.

The pilgrim trail goes by if you want to hike and if you are interested in bird life, there is a viewpoint next to the cabin. Here you can choose to just take it easy or book a number of farm activities as there is a flower garden, horses, sheep, dogs and cats. The barbecue hut offers the opportunity to prepare a meal and make coffee/tea over an open fire.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
