The apartment has two bedrooms with one doubling up as a study, a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and dining room, making it ideal for those visiting Geneva for work or groups looking for a comfortable stay.

Very spacious, about 80 m2, (attic ceiling height of 5 m), ideal for a couple The double bed is on the mezzanine, accessed by a beautiful cast iron spiral staircase from the 1900s. The garden surrounded by century-old trees is available. Public transportation nearby.

It is a loft, on the lower ground floor (accessible by elevator), the large room includes a billiard table, a kitchen, a sofa bed for 2 people (can be closed by thick anti-noise curtains). Two to three single beds can be added. In the adjoining room with a double bed (160), one to two single beds can be added, as well as an umbrella baby bed. All is served by a shower room with double sink and toilet. It is not a hotel.
