Tranquil Windsor Hideaway

Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. If you would like your stay to include the 24 Dec please contact us, we can open for you, there are no checkouts on 25 Dec & a min 2 night stay. This is a unique place.

Relaxing rural retreat on the town boundary

Relax and unwind in your own private guest suite and enjoy the rural views. With its own entrance and lock box you can arrive when it suits. The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. There is ample off road parking that can accommodate larger vehicles, horse floats, boats and trailers etc. The airport is 9k away and Oreti Beach just a little further along.

Welcome to Anne Street a small but perfectly formed standalone house. Newly renovated and super stylish - Scandi with a nod to the 70's. Fully fenced and private in a great location. Anne Street is a quick 20 minute walk to the central city and a 10 minute walk to our favorite restaurant Buster Crabb. There is bike and walking tracks right across the road and a small park for the children. This special wee house has a really great feel - we think you'll love it!

Charming Studio on Herbert

Charming self contained studio on Herbert Street, in the northern suburbs of Invercargill, renovated with style, comfort and an emphasis on cleanliness. Please note breakfast is not provided, although we do have a few treats for our guests. Peter & I live next door and happy to help with queries etc. Just a few minutes from the Windsor shops, including New World. The main shops are only 10 minutes away, as is most of Invercargill!
