Unfortunately, the sound insulation is bad, but everything else is perfect. We were very satisfied with the transportation parking lot in terms of price and performance

Since we were on the upper floor of the mansion, we were not disturbed by the sounds of the board, but the neighbors' conversations were heard, even though we walked so carefully and took off the shoes and used slippers, our downstairs neighbor was disturbed.

The landlord is a very understanding, friendly lady. The place is in a central point of Shirinca . Thanks for everything. I'll be back

Such a peaceful retreat--surrounded by an olive grove, listening to the melodic Muezzin call to prayer and the crackle of the wood in the fireplace (with plenty of wood provided) This is a sanctuary of silence and nature. There is a luxurious, infinity pool filled with artesian spring water which you can hear flowing from the cottage. So private- but only a short drive away is the bustling, well visted Sirince Village, and a bit farther are Ephesus, the Basilica of St. John, and the House of the Virgin Mary. The amenities are simple, but beautifully adequate. Our hostess, Alison, was very helpful and can really help with any touring questions. A great place to get away from it all and not be too far from it all.

Thank you Jason and Sirem for being such perfect hosts and making our stay at Ionia so memorable. We felt very looked after and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet, with a seating area outside. Have to say the breakfasts were the best we’ve ever had at an Airbnb, incredibly generous and all homemade. And for those days you just want to take it easy and laze by the pool, lunch and dinner can be provided too. Well placed for Ephesus, Magnesia, Sirence and Selçuk and not too far from the beach if you have a car. Great tips for places to visit too. An all-round star of a place.

Beautiful location, and such a unique and lovely stay. The property is wonderful and worth exploring, breakfast was delicious and Emre was very kind and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend!
