Practical Information: 1. We have a step water heater therefore you will have to wait about 1-2 minutes for the water to get hot. 2. The living room sofa has a roll-out bed with capacity for 1 person. 3. We have a 3 unit A/C multi-split system. The three A/C´s must be in the same mode for them to work properly. For example, all 3 should be in Cool mode or all 3 should be in Auto mode for them to work properly otherwise they might show an error. 4. The common area jacuzzi and pool only has room temperature water.

On the upper floor is the room with 3 beds, air conditioning, a bathroom and a small balcony. On the first floor we have a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a patio with a washing machine.
