The cottage is located on the banks of the clear Marukawa River. Gifu is famous for Shirakawago and Hida Takayama, but Enbara is also a nice place in the mountains, although it is inconvenient. The scenery of the mountains and rivers is beautiful, and it is a place rich in nature where monkeys and deer appear. The Enbara River is known as the most beautiful underground water in Japan and a famous spot for its light, and the inn is located about 800 meters from the spring water point of the underground water, so the water transparency is excellent. You can also see the light from the inn. On summer mornings, depending on the weather conditions, you can see a magical view of the sunlight pouring through the trees. The water in the Marukara River is cold, but in summer the children play in the river energetically. The riverbed is much cooler, so people can escape the heat and cool off. A little downstream there are several river play spots, and the water is clear everywhere and it feels good to swim beautifully. The water of the river shines emerald green in a slightly deep place, and the scenery of rocks and moss is also wonderful, and it is a healing spot where the mind is purified. There is a deck facing the river on the second floor of the inn, so you can relax while watching the river, BBQ, swing in a hammock while listening to the river, or refresh yourself in the tent sauna.

We are trying to see if we can make use of the house with a warehouse. My imagination is running wild, thinking of turning the warehouse into a theater room. The warehouse has a BBQ set, outdoor chairs, outdoor tables, fire pits, etc. You can enjoy a tent sauna and BBQ in the large garden. Please inquire when booking if you are interested. * Notes * Due to regional characteristics, there is a large number of Japanese rhinoceros beetles from late March to early April and from November to early December. This room features a ceramic bath made by "Shigaraki-Yaki", one of the six most famous traditional ceramic brands in Japan. The ceramic bathtub generates a large number of negative ions that have healing and metabolism-boosting effects, such as a moisturising effect, improved blood circulation, and a hot spring effect. It has a refreshing effect, giving you a feeling of freshness similar to that of forest bathing. In addition, the private sauna is a special one made using local cypress.
