This beautiful remodeled studio apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, close to hospitals, shopping and public transportation. Renters will have access to the shared patio with the owners and a BBQ grill. Owners will not use the patio while you are the guest. No Smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Please don't book if this is an issue! Feel free to enjoy the backyard gazebo and firepit (instructions inside the apartment). Also, set up the cornhole game on the grass and enjoy playing!

There are two driveways with lots of parking, and the upper one does not require stairs to get into the house. Love hiking and walking? Follow the path below the deck to two trailheads. A spacious porch allows for gatherings, elk watching (they usually walk right through the front yard), or a place to sip your morning coffee. Grab a game and spend some time with your loved ones by the fireplace. Sleeps 5: queen in master and queen and twin beds upstairs in the loft.
