Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.

Burnley House offers a separate gazebo in the adjoining yard with your own BBQ and Pizza oven. You have exclusive access to your own private pool. We are 5 minute drive to the Township which includes a Tavern, Post Office, General Store. Also Millbrook Winery, The Quarry Farm and several other venues which makes this cottage perfect for a stopover or longer stay.
