The place is spectacular. It is very conveniently located, close to many restaurants and bars, supermarkets and places of interest. The building is safe, modern and the security staff are always friendly and helpful. The apartment is nice, clean and equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Juan Carlos and the other hosts are always ready to answer questions and concerns. Definitely a great place to go back to.

Katherine's apartment was an excellent place for us to stay during a medical trip to Colombia. It is just a 3-minute drive to the hospital, which was very convenient. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay; the beds are cozy, the hot showers have great pressure, and the kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. The hostess even provided a fan for added comfort during our recovery after surgery. The building itself is accommodating, and the security guards are very helpful with calling taxis and offering local suggestions. A large pool is available for guests, although it has limited hours. There is also a playground directly below the apartment, where children play happily in the afternoons. The playground closes at 6 PM to ensure a quiet environment for everyone. Additionally, there is a decent gym for workouts. The best part of our stay was the hostess. She was proactive, kind, helpful, and always available to assist us. Highly recommended.

The site was well located and you could walk to businesses, restaurants, cafes and bars. The only thing that was in front of the street and made a little noise once the cars were passing and people started their days. And that two rooms did not have air conditioning. But the rest is super good, the house is big, clean and the host is good people and helpful. And I had a washing machine that always serves a lot.

Undoubtedly the best stay in Tona, excellent place and its features, nothing like enjoying a good coffee watching the fog in the mountains, the place is great that it has its own square, a beautiful cat that livened up the stay, 100% recommended for small families and couples...

Luis Eduardo is a perfect host! He was super friendly and communicative from the first contact until after we had left. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is much better equipped than most places in Colombia and Luis Eduardo even left us ingredients for us to use when we arrived. The location is quiet and peaceful, and the view is beautiful. If you like birds, you will love waking up with their songs and watching the different colorful species in the surrounding trees. If you’re looking for peace and comfort in that area, you won’t regret staying there!

It is located in a very safe and quiet place, central to everything; shopping center, restaurants and so on, quick scroll to anywhere in Bucaramanga, it was pleasant our stay we felt super comfortable and rigged. The hosts are very attentive, friendly and always ready for every detail, congratulations. I would go back to the same place.

the stay seemed wonderful, a very quiet place for me, my husband and especially for my older adult parents. also for my dogs, they were happy, the terrace gave me the impression of a very big place, that way walk, I played with my puppies. the building, all very attentive, the supervisory gentlemen very collaborating. the easily accessible location for the city's sights. loved it, I almost stayed. we aspire to return soon! suggestion, TV channels. Older adults want to see TV and not just platforms. But this I don't take what's nice. I would put 10 of 10 to this place.

Best air bnb host I’ve ever had, I came down to Colombia from Canada to get surgery with dr hector, the air bnb is only 5 minutes away from the clinic. Cesar was nothing but amazing!!! He was super sweet and attentive anytime I needed anything he was there and not to mention I missed my flight he let me come back to the apartment after my check out to take a nap and relax while I was getting my flights situated. I would definitely stay here again!
