Este deasupra lacului din Cernica, deasupra apei. Intrarea în curte este comună cu a noastră și are parcare. Pentru a ajunge la casuța de pe lac, se parcurge o gradină plină cu vegetație de aproximativ 50 de metri.La parter este un living generos cu vedere la apă, o mini bucătărie, frigider, canapea extensibilă și o baie cu dus. La etaj are un pat pentru 2 persoane cu o vedere exceptională a răsăritului și a apusului. Această locație este potrivită daca vi pentru a aprecia natura și priveliștea.
