Holiday rentals with a patio in Giv'atayim

The apartment is as convenient as it gets: in a new a luxurious complex, comfortable bed, beautiful bathrooms and showers, washer + dryer, a beautiful balcony, and parking, a rare commodity in Jaffa. The location is fantastic, close to beaches, restaurants, and everything I was interested in Jaffa. Communication with Itai was outstanding, from his videos explaining everything about the apartment and checkin, to his fast reply to email. We had 3 wonderful days in the apartment. Not cheap, but worth the money.

Dear Yuan is first of all a great person, very responsive and available for any questions, the apartment is in excellent condition, in an up-to-date and fun design for hosting and in addition was very clean and tidy, in an excellent building and excellent environment, recommended !

The house is beautiful and in a great location . I wouldn’t say the sea view is fantastic - but you do see the sea . We loved the space, the design, the modernness and comfort of the living room. Kitchen was very functional. Master bed was Very comfortable but the 2 other queen beds were very hard. Marc is easy to reach and immediately responded to any issues or needs Great space for a large group and excellent location with short walks to the beach , Jaffa and many amazing restaurants. Air conditioner worked wonderfully as we had a hot and humid week and needed to come back and rest during the heat of the day. Overall an amazing stay !!

Fabulous stay in the heart of tel aviv

My family and I had a most memorable stay at Yoav’s villa. The home was easy to locate, private, in an amazing location in Ra’anana with two different small shopping areas nearby for groceries, etc. The house was extremely clean, beyond comfortable beds, and very easy to navigate around. The interiors of the house are beautiful, and the garden is an amazing place to relax after a day at the beach. I would highly recommend Yoav’s place with five stars and beyond. This is truly a gem of a home.

The property is nestled in a quit neighborhood, yet just a 25-minute walk to the beach and city center—perfect balance for relaxation and exploration. The layout was ideal for our family: two cozy bedrooms in the main house and an additional bedroom in the small private guesthouse in the patio. It felt like having our own little retreat! The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel like cherished friends rather than guests. A lovely, well-decorated apartment located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Just note that parking isn't available nearby. The host is highly responsive.

Very, very highly recommended! Vanesa's AirBnB has an unbeatable location--on a quiet street, a few minutes walking to great restaurants and bars, and just 5-10 minutes to the beach! The apartment is very spacious, with a big living room, bedroom, study area, bathroom, and patio. The apartment is also very clean, gorgeously decorated, and has lots of natural light, with big floor to ceiling windows. Also fast WiFi, so perfect for remote working. Vanessa was super welcoming, responsive, and always helpful with recommendations! I couldn't have imagined a better host in Tel Aviv and will absolutely come back here!

Place is great location, half block from beach. Attached to a cool coffee bar and one of the more popular restaurants in town. Host was quick to answer any issues and even sent ice cream! Parking was cool, it comes up in an automated system. Would def stay here again!

Georgia´s apartment is a beautiful, cozy place full of energy and love. It provides everything you need, is located in a vibrant area of Tel Aviv but it is still quite and relaxing. One of the highlights is the stunning view from the balcony, the other is definitly getting in contact with Georgia who is such a kind, lovely and helpful person. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back again soon.

The experience was amazing. First Daniel gave all the relevant information and even beyond that, offered himself useful things for us. The building is clean and taken care of, the apartment itself is perfectly furnished, everything was neat, everything was cozy and welcoming. We just didn't want to leave!! Highly recommend!
