The house is part of a 3-winged country estate without animals, but separate. Forest, lake and beach within walking distance. Gjerrild N. Strand is a child-friendly, wide sandy beach with a blue flag. We are located 3 km from Gjerrild town, where there is a grocery store with a large selection, 14 km from Grenå, 19 km from Djurs Sommerland, Bønnerup harbor about 6 km, where there is a fish shop and eateries. The heat source is air to air, there is a small dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine and otherwise all the utensils that should be in a kitchen.

So even in freezing weather, it is warm and comfortable to be in. The large folding door facing the water means that the property is extended by the terrace. The sight and sound of the ocean fills the entire house. The house has a 2-person kayak with life jackets.
