A barn surrounded by woodland. There's a path down to the jetty, where it's nice to take a swim. Or you can sit by the fire pit in the woods and light an evening bonfire. A sleeping bag is included in the stay. You will have your own bathroom with a shower inside the main house. If you need a kitchen, you can of course use it. There is a kettle and a water dispenser in the barn. There is an option for an electric barbecue on the veranda if you wish to cook food there. Efficient floor plan - entrance, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and open living room/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entrance December 2024. Installed heat pump 2025. Pets allowed by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of big game hunting.

I inherited Godli from an old aunt about 25 years ago. The house was built around 1950 by a local carpenter who has also made many of the furniture. We have tried to keep the slightly retro atmosphere in the house. At the same time, we are constantly making new upgrades. The electrical system on the 2nd floor has just been replaced. We use the house as a holiday home ourselves. The house is located in an open and peaceful area. There are nice places to swim just nearby, nice hiking terrain and a little half hour to drive to Risør and Kragerø

It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

Ta deg en pause og slapp av i hytta som ligger i skogen i nærheten av elv. Lytt til fuglekvitter eller nyt et forfriskende bad i elva. Selv om hytta ligger fredelig til i skogen, så er det kort vei til nydelige Sørlandsperler. Hytta er uten strøm og vann, men den har utedo. Solcelle gir strøm til belysning og lading av mobiler. Ellers er det gasskomfyr og gasskjøleskap. Vei helt frem til hytta og parkering på tomten. To soverom med dobbelseng på hvert rom. Bad med utslagsvask og pumpe dusj.

Fridge with freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, Wi-Fi and TV. Only 50 m to groomed ski slopes in winter. Many nice walks in the woods and mountains near the cabin. There is a fantastic fishing area at Felle with great trout to catch.
