A 200-year-old church hall, transformed into a uniquely spacious & stylish townhouse, accommodating 4 guests in comfort. Terracotta flooring throughout with underfloor heating and a solid-fuel stove. The open-plan layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a double-height living/dining area. The bedroom has a King-size bed (200cmx150cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a spacious mezzanine with two single beds. This mezzanine overlooks the open-plan living room.

The home comprises of Kitchen/Dining/Living room along with a wetroom/toilet. Upstairs consists of a double bedroom and another with a small double and a shared ensuite The home is situated 1km(on a hill) from Clonakilty town with fabulous views of the town and Clonakilty bay. Guests have access to the patio area but the garden is private.
