The balcony is both under roof and outside and offers a hot tub that can be used for a small fee. Perfect sunny location with morning sun on the front and evening sun on the back by the terrace. In the nearby area, there are both lake and forest, playground, soccer and basketball court (balls are available to borrow) and walking distance to Arvika's finest beach with mini golf course, electric light track and canoe rental.

Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoor space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with children). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Closest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank, post office, train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18-hole course.

Welcome to this recreational paradise, 100 meters to Lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 1800s with barn, shed, storage, farmyard and sauna and swimming jetty. The farm is located high up, surrounded by a large courtyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach, there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming dock, canoe, kayak and rowboat to borrow. For children, there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

An idyllic place where you can relax, close to forests, lakes, nature reserves and fantastic chanterelle mushroom picking spots. The house has a large porch and nice plot that stretches around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizzeria and gas station (about 3 km). If you want to experience the Värmland idyll and the mysterious forests, you have found the right place.

Secluded, high-end forest cabin for all seasons

Experience ultimate privacy and peace at the end of a one-way street in the middle of the forest, yet close to shops and artisan cafées. This timber cabin was built sometime around 1850 according to traditional Swedish building techniques and has recently been upgraded to meet modern standards. All around the house you will find traces from a different time including the exposed timber wall as well as the wood-fired central heating. Enjoy mushroom picking, cosy days by the fire pit or just be.

Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.
