Cozy cottage in beautiful surroundings, with electricity and water. New bathroom and new big windows with great views. The cabin is close to Rena alpine and there are great cross-country skiing opportunities outside the door. The slalom slope is open on weekends and cross country tracks are run on weekends. In summer: hiking in the forests and fields, hunting and fishing and Sorknes Golf. Swimming at Rena camping (Centre) or in beautiful Osensjøen 40 min away. Clean downtown - cafes, shops, cinema, bowling- 1 mile Suitable for couples/families, child friendly.

Welcome to us! We rent out a studio with its own entrance and bathroom and free parking space.. Centre approx. 3 km. Bus stop approx. 300 m. Grocery store approx. 500 m. Ice hockey hall and handball hall (Storhamar) approx. 2 km. The apartment is equally suitable for those who study, as for those who are going to Hamar on other occasions. The apartment is equipped with bed(150 cm) and WiFi. The place does not have a kitchen, but there is a kettle, fridge and microwave. We have Furuberget as the nearest neighbor with nice hiking opportunities.

To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 min. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. We offer snowshoeing and cross-country skiing instruction in winter, please contact us if you are interested.

The stone cottages at Kastad gård are unassumingly located in stunning natural surroundings. The cabin in the forest like the other cabins has stunning views over Mjøsa and Kastadtjernet. Here you can relax and wake up to a delicious breakfast basket of freshly cooked croissants. Suitable for 2 persons. The forest is one of 3 stone cottages on the farm. Beautifully situated log cabin 10-min drive from the center of Lillehammer. Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.

As you can see the pichtures show you two cabins, built together. The new cabin have two bedrooms, bath and a smal kitchen. Separate toilet. The old cabin has tow rooms one a bedroom , the other a living rom. The furniture is old in this rom , and has some old paintings as well. There are a stove to make it warm, nice and cosy. Firewood for free. There are plenty of space to sit outside, in wintertime this is on the starting place for Birken skirace. 3km from Rena.
