Το "New Era" Glyfada Home 112, είναι ένα διαμέρισμα εντός ενός συγκροτήματος περίπου 160 διαμερισμάτων, χτισμένα στην πλαγιά ενός λόφου, και το οποίο λόγω της θέσης του στην κορυφή προσφέρει μία απρόσκοπτη θέα όμως, δεν είναι κατάλληλο για παιδιά και για άτομα με μειωμένη κινητικότητα καθώς, οι επισκέπτες πρέπει να κατεβούν από σκάλες και μονοπάτια, περίπου 100 μέτρα μακριά, για να απολαύσουν τη "χρυσή" και αμμώδη παραλία της Γλυφάδας.
