On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen and a comfortable living room with a fireplace and access to the terrace. Open all year round, each divided into two independent apartments (48 m² + 15 m² terrace), with a separate entrance, kitchenette, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
