Outside, there is a terrace, a pay-per-use hot tub with a Jacuzzi, a wood-fired Finnish dry sauna, a wooden playhouse for children, a large car park, and the property is fenced. If you are looking for freedom, I invite you to stay with me. I live upstairs, so late arrival is no problem.

We offer FREE OF CHARGE!!! year-round outdoor Jacuzzi, garden sauna available without limit from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Our cottage is completely ecological, because we care about the environment as much as we do about our guests:) Children stay for free, max. 6 people, including children! In Lipowska Chata, there is an absolute ban on organizing any events and a mandatory night silence.
