We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

The cottage is designed for a maximum of 8 people. The basic price of the cottage for up to 4 people - PLN 350 Each additional person over 4 is PLN 50/person. The 80-year-old cottage, after a general renovation, has turned into a small, cozy cottage. The work of my husband's hands. 2 rooms (living room and mezzanine with exit to the terrace), spacious bathroom with two sinks and original stone shower, as well as kitchen with dining room and fireplace. The whole is fenced.

The summer house in Roztocze (Solska Forest) is the perfect place to cut yourself off from the outside world and relax with the whole family. In addition to the cottage itself, there is also an ApiDomek, where you can use Apitherapy in the form of air inhalation straight from the hive. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). Welcome to Piecowy Zakątek! The tiled stove is the central point of the apartment, this is where its "heart" beats. This contemporary work by the Bieszczady artist-sculptor Robert Górka combines the advantages of a tiled stove, i.e. radiating heat, and a fireplace - the opportunity to admire the fire. Proportional, elegant, set on a marble base, perfectly matching cast-iron doors, it was created based on vintage tiles, and inside there is a firebox built using Zduń methods.
