The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River. It is surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

It has existed since the Middle Ages and its name: "Wójtostwo" is historical. Until 1904, it belonged to General H. Dąbrowski. The guest house is located in the outbuilding at the manor house from the turn of the 18th/19th century. The hosts provide full information about the area. Meals are available. Free parking. We accept pets for a fee of 50 PLN per night/pet.
