On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen and a comfortable living room with a fireplace and access to the terrace. The third bedroom, with two single beds and a toilet, is located in the attic. A large 30-acre plot is available to guests.

Open all year round, each divided into two independent apartments (48 m² + 15 m² terrace), with a separate entrance, kitchenette, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The cottage is located in the central part of the headland on Lake Solina about 150 m to the beach. In 2021, it was renovated and fully adapted for the rest of several people. Available free of charge: -7-person jacuzzi, separate fire pit with frying grate, charcoal grill, hammock, 2-person kayak.
