Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Masuria, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads to Lajs. No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful homes with dreams and pine trees around. Adjacent is a family work. Homes fit into local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Masuria by the Lake

It’s all about nature! This adorable wooden cottage is located on a little slice of lakeside wilderness. It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

Zapraszamy na nasz luksusowy camping, czyli GLAMPING. To coś dla miłośników natury, a jednocześnie osób lubiących komfort. Namiot ma 3m wysokości oraz 25 m2 powierzchni. W kontenerze sanitarnym położonym niedaleko namiotu, goście mają prywatną łazienkę zamykaną na klucz. Wewnątrz namiotu jest również dostępna mini kuchnia, aby móc przygotowywać podstawowe posiłki. Na dużym tarasie znajdą się meble ogrodowe, leżaki i grill. Jeśli chcesz budzić się z widokiem na jezioro - zapraszamy do nas!

Pilwa 17 - Domek

We invite you to our new house in Pilwa. The house has 35 m2, one bedroom with a large double bed and a room with a double fold-out sofa with a comfortable mattress. There is also a kitchenette (oven, fridge, dishwasher, gas hob) with full equipment and a bathroom with a shower. There is half a hectare of meadow around the house, which is only at your disposal. Lake Dobskie and the great beach in Jerzykowo are about 4 km away. The house is adjacent to the bicycle path around Masuria.

Miła Łąka (tent 3)

Nice Meadow are three cotton glamping tents equipped with furniture and electricity. We chose a quiet and tree-lined place for them, overlooking the lake. Our farm is about 80 meters away. By the barn wall, you'll find a bathroom and an equipped summer kitchen. We provide you with a few hectares of a meadow with the shoreline of Lake Miłkowski. Lakefront bonfires, private jetty, kayaks, sun loungers, space - all this creates a unique atmosphere of our Miłej Łąka.

A comfortable, two-story summer house from 2021 in Miłuki in the municipality of Pasym in Masuria is a perfect place to relax surrounded by nature. The cottage is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by nature, forest, in close proximity to the quiet zone of Lake Kalwa.
