We offer a two-storey cottage of about 45 sq m with two separate bedrooms, a shared living room with kitchenette, dining room, bathroom and a large terrace surrounded by forest. The plot on which the cottage stands is about 500 m2 and is fenced. In addition, on the large wooden terrace we have a Jacuzzi and a sauna for the guests of the cottage only. Our cottage is open all year round, it has heating and a stove. 150m to Lake Sudomie.

Nearby there are several lakes connected by the Zbrzyca River, where canoeing takes place. The waters abound in fish and the forests in mushrooms. Guests have access to a parking lot on the property, Wi-Fi, bicycles, a water marina, a boat, a kayak. I have been visiting this area for 25 years, I love it for its silence, clean air and beautiful landscapes.

The new year-round house (to be opened in 2026) in Nowa Karczma is the perfect place for those seeking peace, nature and active recreation all year round. Guests have access to a fully fenced plot of 725 m² with a parking space and a garden equipped with a gazebo, barbecue, swing and trampoline. The sandy, dog-friendly beach on Lake Kiełpińskie is 250 metres from the cottage, and there is a playground next to it. The neighborhood is conducive to walking and cycling tours.
