The interior of the cottage is decorated in a retro style. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one large room with a dining area, a large kitchen, a veranda and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The cottage has two large terraces, a barbecue and a hammock in the garden. Facilities for children: cot, games, books, toys. WiFi up to 300mb and smart tv.

The hut on the Świder River is located in the Świder River reserve. The hut is located on a fenced plot in a fenced and monitored area. The river is 50 m away. It was the landscape and the cleanest waters near Warsaw that decided that the Świder River, on the 41 km section from Dłużewo to the Świdry Wielkie housing estate, along with the 5-kilometer section of Mienia from the bridge in Wiązowna to the connection with Świder, were protected in 1978 in the partial reserve "Świder".
