60 km from Warsaw, in the Mazovian village of Królewo, Joniec nad Wkrą commune, 2 cosy Tiny Houses are waiting for you. Here you will find peace, quiet and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or other people's children. However, we are happy to accept easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. However, during the holiday season, we prefer longer stays. There is an additional fee for using the jacuzzi and sauna. We look forward to welcoming you.

Harbor: a house by the water with a sauna and fireplace

Przystań is an unusual house located on the shore of the Zegrze Reservoir. From the glazed living room and sunny terrace there is a beautiful view of the greenery and the water surface. It's the perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Life goes at its own pace and is a perfect escape from the urban rush. Here you can enjoy the water, fruit orchards and meadows, as well as beautiful, wild forests. The marina is surrounded by dozens of cycling and walking routes, and it also has its own descent to the water and the jetty.

Welcome to a charming, year-round cottage located on a beautiful slope overlooking the Vistula River. The cottage is only 30 meters from the river. The cottage consists of a living room (fold-out sofa), a bedroom on the ground floor (double bed), a bedroom in the attic (3 single beds), a kitchenette and a bathroom. Guests can use the barbecue, fireplace and pier (from March to November). The place is perfect for relaxing and remote work away from the hustle and bustle. Fireplace out of use.

It is an ideal place for active people - the opportunity to practice sports, cycling, running on gravel, kayaking. If you prefer to spend your time less actively, Leonówka offers guests peace in a hammock, which disturbs the croaking of frogs. For lovers of relaxation, we offer a wood-fired Jacuzzi and sauna. After such relaxation, you can sit by the atmospheric fireplace.

A small household for the exclusive use of our guests, situated deep inside the forested countryside of the Northern Mazovia. Completely remote from the bustle of city life, close to the Vistula River, still within an hour's drive from Warsaw and half that from Płock or Żelazowa Wola. Specially recommended for all kind of outdoor and nature enthusiasts who would like to enjoy exploring a huge wild river like the Vistula. Bike rental included in the price, kayaking trips optional.

The apartment for two or two with a "baby" is located on a 12-hectare estate in the Górznieńsko-Lidzbarski Landscape Park, among hills, lakes and forests. Quiet, beautiful, organic! The apartment is part of the Barn (ground floor); next to it there is a Country House, also available to guests. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a travel baby cot. To the guarded beach, on Lake Górznieńskie, you walk through the extremely charming village of Fiałki, about 20 minutes

"Szumią Wierzby" is a year-round house for rent located an hour from Warsaw, on a large, fenced plot. We want to share with you the best of idyllic country life! The house is located on a former settlement, in the valley of the Wkra River, to which we have 250m. Guests have exclusive access to a house with a usable attic of 90m2 on a large, fenced plot (3000m2). There are two bedrooms with large beds (140 cm and 160 cm) + a third bedroom with a comfortable sofa (90 cm)

About 4 km from the cottage is the Vistula River, which is really charming in this place. In addition, 20 km from the cottage there is a beautiful city - Płock.
