Welcome to a unique year-round cottage resort on Lake Sarbsko and the Baltic Sea! Our cottages for 4-6 people offer comfort all year round: 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a space to relax. We offer a direct crossing to the picturesque beach. The lake is ideal for water activities. On site, there is a tavern with local cuisine, a sauna, a chill zone, a water station and a windsurfing school. The area is conducive to walking and cycling trips. Perfect place for families with children!

A place to stay and relax for the family. Our habitat is located on 30 hectares of meadows in a quiet area. At the same time, it is close to Łeba, the Baltic beaches and the region's attractions. The cottages are new, the kitchen is large and equipped, the mezzanine gives space. Close to nature and beautiful views from the terrace. One of the 4 cottages in the habitat is adapted for people with disabilities. For the youngest we have a travel cot and a high chair. There is a shed, a barbecue and a fire pit on site.

Zakochaliśmy się w Ulinii, gdzie jesteśmy otoczeni przez nieskazitelną dziką przyrodę. Początkiem naszej przygody były Momenty, jednak to tu samodzielnie kontynuujemy tworzenie wyjątkowych domów. W naszych obiektach design łączy się z naturą. Każdy domek ma oryginalny kształt i gięte okna. To coś wyjątkowego w Polsce. Dzięki panoramicznym oknom nasi goście mogą podziwiać otaczającą ich przyrodę. Znajdujemy się 5 km od pięknych, dzikich plaż w tej części wybrzeża na terenie obszaru Natura2000.

Our cottages are located in the summer village of Żarnowska, located on Lake Łebsko (200m), 6 km from Łeba. There is peace and quiet conducive to relaxation, e.g. fishing, cycling.  There are 3 holiday cottages on the fenced plot. Treat yourself to rest and tranquillity in a cosy house with a mezzanine. 🏡🌿 Guests have access to a fully fenced-off plot, so your pets can run around freely. On site, there is a large terrace with garden furniture, hammocks, a swing and a barbecue – perfect for relaxing. In the cottage, you will find books, newspapers and a toy box for children. Parking is available on the property. I make sure that every guest feels comfortable in my place. 😊
