Open plan kitchen to vaulted reception/dining room with folding doors to sunny patio. 2 pubs, village shop and M&S food all within 1 mile walking on country footpaths.

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Welcome. Situated in the Surrey Hills village of Shalford, the Barn is located off the A248 and is a stones throw from the Wey & Arun Canal. The Barn has recently been converted and provides comfortable living space and a upstairs bedroom. The Barn has all the modern amenties. Shalford Village includes two pubs, a village shop, Snooty's Cafe, Barbers, Boots, Post Office, Wine shop and a beauty parlous. Shalford is well connected with buses and trains to Guidford and other destinations.

Openness was the key theme to the refurbishment ; the Kitchen and Dining rooms merged into one with large doors extending this space further onto the patio. Space re arranged upstairs to include a bathroom and three separate bedrooms. STAIRS : Please not that this is a Victorian era two up two down house and as such the stairs are quite steep.
