A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

The is the perfect location to use as your launchpad to explore the country, Villa Azul (Villa Blue) Graça is located very close to the geographic centre of beautiful Portugal.

A former Adega grape press has been transformed into a beautiful family home with a private outdoor terrace, garden & BBQ within a stunning historic Quinta estate including swimming pool, gardens and cascading olive orchards. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Omringd door verschillende (fruit)bomen zoals olijf, sinaasappels, limoen, dadels en appels, is de accommodatie ook geschikt voor een yogaweekend/retrait. Op 5 minuten afstand vind je het gezellige stadje Arganil. Hier vind je de verse bakker, slager, Lidl, intermarché en verschillende boutiques en schoenenwinkels.

It has heaters in the bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The living room has a fireplace. The stairs to the second bedroom are Santos Dumont stairs: sloping, with each step going back on the side that won't be used for the ascent). Among the services we offer is breakfast, which is optional (8€ a day, per person).
