Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. A fab stay at this centrally located and stylish apartment in 'Peninsula' resort, Surfers Paradise with incredible ocean views from Level 37. Literally across the road from the beach, and so close to everything Surfers Paradise has to offer. The tram is a couple of minutes walk allowing you to quickly get around the Coast, or if you are driving we have a dedicated carpark. *** Note foyer of resort is being renovated Sept - Dec 2025 but does not affect apartment enjoyment or use of facilities.

Fully renovated unit hidden away in a centralised quiet location, 100m from a patrolled beach. Decorated in a coastal, luxe style this unit is positioned on the 3rd floor (walk up- no lift!) of a small apartment complex, it’s a light, bright and contemporary haven bathed in sunshine and sea breezes. There is a pool at the southern end of the building. 1 x allocated secure carpark in the buildings basement. Plenty of on street parking.
