Three minutes from the Quayside and high street, the Hideaway offers the perfect bolthole. Tucked down a side passage in the heart of old Falmouth. It was historically part of a Mariner's cottage with low ceilings, slate floors and original ships' timbers. With its own private accommodation and parking The Hideaway is wonderfully situated. Gylly beach is a 10 mins walk away and there are waterside cafes, pubs and restaurants on your doorstep ...or relax in your own private courtyard garden.

Bream Loft is the first floor of a spacious (60sqm) recently converted barn, with lounge/dining/kitchen, separate WC, large bedroom with huge luxurious walk in shower. There is a woodburner, juliette balcony overlooking trees and beyond, distant sea view from the kitchen. Guests have use of the 2 acre garden and gas BBQ. Bream Loft can be found between Maenporth beach & Mawnan Smith with amazing coastal walks in both directions. Short walk to Bream Cove, fabulous for swimming. Dog friendly

Place to contemplate, 10 mins drive from beaches.

"My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water ten minutes drive from Falmouth Town centre, and from the beaches, all good swimming beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a private sunny garden. The village has a local food shop for those basics, If you fancy a drink we have a village pub, which offers seating outside. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access.

Oysters is a two bedroomed modern apartment at Swanpool Falmouth. Swanpool Beach with it's popular water-sports is 500 metres away. The coastal path which offers walkers spectacular views is always a draw. As is Swanpool Lake which is a site of special scientific interest, (SSSI) which is within a leisurely stroll. There are excellent restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, Gylly Café and Hooked on the Rocks being many peoples favourites. We live in Swanpool should you need us.
