Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Pool Ranch is located midway between Downtown Santa Barbara and UCSB, the studio is very close to the Bike Path, 3 golf courses, restaurants, and shopping. Across the street is the Modoc Nature Preserve and Obern Bike Trail. Hendry's beach is a short 7 minute drive or one can take the scenic route through Hope Ranch.
