The flat is just 50 m from the Harbor It has been renovated in March 2025The parking Le Port is just 200m from the flat and you can do everything without car .You have all you nead just beside the flat,supermarket,boutiques,bars,restaurangs and the famous Place des Lices is just 400m away. You have the beach La Ponche 400m and the beach La Bouillabaisse 15 minutes walking In July and August you can only arrive and leave on Saturday
