Our location within the site is surrounded by a large veranda with a sea view on the front facade. It has a unique sunset view. All the necessary equipment for a comfortable life, solar water heating system for hot water supply and unlimited internet subscription are ready for use. There are fire detectors in the living area and all rooms, and a sufficient number of fire extinguishers in the common areas; there is a private beach area and pier that can be reached within 1 minute, and a common parking lot. Pets are welcome.

If you want to take time for yourself and take a break from the city mess, my home is for you. The feeling of peace of mind and ambiance will remain an unforgettable experience to you from your holiday. I decorated myself considering every detail inside the house and was always inspired by Ayvalık. My house, which feels the highland vibe, is located in the village of Ayvalık-Tips. It is 18 km from Gömeç, 25 km from Cunda or 30 km from Sarımsaklı, although it is in the village.

Artur or Ar-Kent Holiday Site is the second biggest holiday site of Europe in the unique coves of the North Aegean, located on an area of 2.165.000 m2, 1.5 hours to Balıkesir, 2 hours to Izmir and 30 minutes to Ayvalık. The house is located at Marti Bay and is only few steps away from the sea. It has an amazing sea view and a tranquil garden. The house is renovated in 2018.
