Pittwater is a boating and sailing haven and nearby ferries will take you into the beautiful Kuringgai National Park. Fine dining just minutes away at Clareville Kiosk or let us recommend a unique dining experience at some of the fantastic restaurants of Sydney's Northern Beaches Avalon Village is an easy walk or there is a convenient bus stop that will take you into the Sydney CBD just metres away from the home. No Guest access is private I am very respectful of my guest privacy - most of my guest choose Pittwater Paradise as a romantic get away or for a secluded break. I am, however always available to give you advise on the best restaurants and things to enjoy in the area. Just let me know how I can help make you stay as enjoyable as possible Paradise beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Take the spectacular walk up to Palm Beach Light House in the winter to spot whales, or visit Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park with its Indigenous rock carvings and roaming wallabies. We have a bus stop at our door step - this will take you into Palm Bach or Avalon village. From there you can take an express bus into the city. Wedding Preparations We are the perfect location for Brides to be for their pre wedding night and Wedding preparation and pre wedding photos. Ask us about the availability to have photographs on our top deck with stunning views across Pittwater. Quiet, private, secured, safe stay. Book with confident expectation 850m walk to train, shopping plaza next to it. No party. No pets.

PLEASE READ!!! We have building works next to our property and we don’t know how this will affect your stay. The hours are from 7am-5pm Mon-Fri and on Sat from 8am-3pm. Completed by Oct’25. Situated at the rear of the property our cozy 60 sqm Granny Flat is a private and enclosed space with separate access from the main house. Kingsgrove train station is located just 10 minutes walk then 5 stops to Domestic / International Airport. Sydney CBD is approx. 25 mins via train. Free street parking.

The home is walkable distance to local coffee shops , restaurants and Top Ryde shopping centre. The guest home is newly renovated and sitting at the back of the house with independent entry.
