This idyllic recently renovated fisherman's cottage has a large terrace and spectacular views out to sea. You couldn’t be any closer to the sea without getting wet! The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Sandy Feet Retreat...A lovely touring caravan, in a private garden, with a stunning sea view.

Sandy Feet Retreat is a basic,clean,warm caravan situated in the front garden of our house,Pine Ridge. It sleeps two,in a double bed,or a single in the seating area. There is a kitchenette. All with sea views. There is a small bathroom, with a basin, shower, and cassette toilet (emptied and refilled each day by ourselves.) All bedding is provided. It is not perfect, but it is clean and dry,comfy and quiet with stunning views. It has a one ring electric hob(no grill/oven) microwave and fridge.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Own parking area and entrance with a few steps up to a terraced area and entrance to the annexe. Director chairs provided to take in the view. Small kitchenette (No sink or hob) with all the electrical provisions, including a fridge freezer.
