Fred and Kelly’s place is absolutely wonderful. We stayed because the price was better and there was a little more room than many places directly in the city. Though we looked forward to it, we didn’t expect to fall in love with it…and we did! Staying outside of the city is pretty great. It’s a 10ish minute walk to the train station, and then an easy navigation to wherever you need to go. We didn’t mind the “commute” a bit, and it was nice to start off and wind down in a quieter setting. The place itself is well kept, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We enjoyed casting Netflix on the TV with the fireplace on in the evenings, and we spent a couple of mornings in the garden. We booked this spot our entire stay, but also spent one night in Amsterdam to experience “city life,” and also spent one night in Utrecht. These were perfect additions to our home base plan. I’d definitely stay here again!

Fabulous stay at Cottage Paulus What a great experience! The forest cottage "Paulus" is tastefully decorated and is located in a beautiful, quiet place in the middle of nature. Exactly what we needed to completely recharge. We were there with our two dogs, and they too had the time of their lives. The spacious, fully fenced garden was perfect – safe and large enough for endless snooping and scrambling around. Fareen, the hostess, is incredibly friendly and helpful. From the first contact, everything felt familiar and relaxed. She was quick to respond to questions and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended for anyone who loves peace, nature and an animal-friendly place with character. We will definitely come back!

Me and my friend had a very nice stay at Mijke's house. The hot pool and sauna were very nice and easy to warm up. The place was very clean and accurately described. We can only recommend it.

Perfect location, unique way to stay in the city. Would highly recommend. Very different experience, of course, than a home or hotel but this makes travel more fun. Being right on the "skinny" bridge was a fantastic experience. Great for people watching or just quickly being right in the middle of everything.

We decided to take a short break at Bas. It was beautiful and there was a lot to see. We enjoyed the time there very much and Bas's mom welcomed us very warmly and was directly on hand for all questions. There are many animals there and the opportunity to relax superbly. Thanks to Bas's tips and also from mom, we had visited great activities in the area. Around a perfect holiday with everything that goes with it and super friendly hosts !! Definitely recommended !

we stayed with Anne and Remco for a short trip. Remco personally welcomed us and showed us the studio and explained everything. He also gave us some tips for things to do in the area that we also noticed. It was worth it! After longer hikes and bike rides, the hot tub in the afternoon/evening was a great rest. Very quiet and private location, well furnished and equipped apartment. We can only recommend it!

We were very excited about the yard, the garden and the apartment. There are so many beautiful details that you would need many days to discover everyone. Everything was so creative and cozy, you can tell that a lot of work, passion and love is in things. We also liked the animals very much.... We had a very warm welcome and lots of great tips for excursions - just because we were also traveling with dogs, it was wonderful that they could also have their fun and we could take them everywhere...we had a nice time and filled them well! Thanks to Patries and Mike and their animals!!

Very nice, communicative hostess. The surroundings were very nice to walk the dog. The cottage has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We had nice conversations with Trienie and she gave us good tips for doing things. We will be happy to return.

Great place to stay with a great host, and we used the bikes provided often. Only 5 min bike ride to the train station & grocery store. Photos are a little outdated and it can get cold due to the nature of the construction.

Really nice and bright place with fenced garden, which was great for the dog. Good and fast exchange with Sanna! Very quiet area, about a 30-minute walk to the beach - great walk with dog We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the accommodation in Zandvoort. The apartment was exactly as described and in the photos – clean, cozy and very welcoming. We felt comfortable right from the beginning. The location is just perfect – close to the beach, town and yet quiet. Annette was a great host: very friendly, easily accessible and with great tips for the area. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Had a great stay. The house is beautiful with history which we found great. Esther was also very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Really a fantastic cottage to completely relax in nature. The big window is great. We were facing the sun that shines among the tall trees, the birds on the ground, and the woodpeckers and squirrels. In the afternoon after coming home from our day activity, we even saw a deer from on the property less than 20 meters away! Furthermore, also perfectly located to do fun things in the surrounding areas.

Margriete is a very kind and accommodating host! Surrounded by nature, the garden house with a huge backyard was very peaceful and cozy with nice personal touches. We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay at Wendela's. We were warmly welcomed. The "Rosenhäuschen" was exactly what we had imagined. It was our home away from home. And we'll be back for sure.

It was great in one word!

We stayed at the property for three days with six people and one toddler (6 months). Everything worked out perfectly. Communication went smoothly. The place is great with great seating in the garden and on the deck. The amenities were perfect, nothing was missing. The location is nice and quiet, but you are also quickly in the city and can do a lot. The garden is the highlight of the accommodation. We will be back.

Had a few wonderful, relaxing days in Gerda's chalet. Everything was available, nicely decorated. Also outside, it is wonderfully quiet in the garden. Otterlo within walking distance and lovely area for walking.

Magdalena's place is set in an enchanting setting. We stayed there several nights with our 7-year-old son. The space is big, we have plenty of space. Access to the bus to Amsterdam is simple: 15 minutes walk and 15-20 minutes by bus, very easy and very convenient! By car we were able to visit the surrounding fishing villages. We would recommend this listing.

A very pleasant stay in the little house of Isabel and Bert. Everything was very comfortable, well appointed house and what a beautiful garden! We even had a visit from birds and squirrels. The kids loved being able to access the pool. Bedankt Isabel en Bert:)
