We live here as a family of 4 and love sharing our home whenever we're away. Our house is 200 m² and spread over three floors. It includes: - 4 bedrooms (up to 8 adults + 2 children <4 yrs) - A spacious living room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, 2 toilets - A lush garden with sunbeds, dining table and hammock. Perfect for families: we provide a travel crib, toys and children's tableware. Located in a quiet, green, and family-friendly neighborhood, 10-minute walk from the city center.

Here you can walk, swim, water ski. The metro is a 5-minute walk, which takes you to the heart of Rotterdam in 20 minutes. During your stay, our dear cat Femmetje will be your temporary roommate. She comes and goes through her cat flap and all she needs is some food, drink and a little attention.

Spacious family home in Rotterdam.

Our family home is situated close to everything you need in Rotterdam. The city center, the beach and stores are all within 30 minutes of our house in a very quiet neigberhood Our open living room will feel like you are sitting in the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything you need to create a real chef's diner is available. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms. Linnen and towels are not provided by us. But we can arrange them for you this will cost extra.

Beautifull design home in the heart of R'dam

Dear guests, You are very welcome to come and enjoy the city vibes from a calm and peaceful environment. About our house: we tried to bring nature closer in combination with a twist of the industrial that really suits this city and of course a topping of design just because we love the beauty of it. Located close to Erasmusbridge, The Fenix food factory, The Markthal and Ahoy. Public transport closeby. Fully equipped kitchen and a nice warm bath in our bathroom.
