Beach apartment holiday rentals in Grace Bay

We loved our stay here. The complex is situated on a little hill which produces a beautiful view. The location was great-away from the more commercial area, but close enough to walk to local restaurants, the beach, and great snorkeling. Also we never felt unsafe walking to/from any of the places we visited, even in the evening. And even though we were there over spring break for some, the property remained quiet and clean for our visit. Overall it was a really great trip and stay!

Aarya's place is wonderful! It was HUGE! There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and not feel crowded. The balcony is great and was perfect for watching the sun set over the Marina. The location is one of the best on the island. We rented a car and could be to the grocery in 5 minutes, Grace Bay in 8 minutes, and Chalk Sound/Sapodilla/Taylor Bay in 15 minutes. Airport was only about 12 minutes. There are nice restaurants and bars in walking distance. We even saw a shark one night at Sharkbites! It was so cool! I would recommend Aarya's place to anyone!

Very comfortable spot. Nice beach, very nice pool and hot tub. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and well cared for. A little bit of a drive to most of the restaurants and even better beaches. Everything seems to be about 20 to 25 min. away, partially on a gravel road, but that was no problem. We liked getting out and tooling around the island. Sapodilla bay was our favorite. All and all a great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed at Pamela and Paul's place for a week long stay and it was our first time visiting the island. The host was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Check in process was easy and the host provided detailed instructions on how to get to their place from the airport which was great. We wanted to be away from crowds so this place was perfect. The condo was clean, bed is very comfortable, pools are amazing, and beach in walking distance. The host provides a binder with local recommendations which was nice. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The view from the balcony is INCREDIBLE. I would recommend renting a car to explore this beautiful island. You are a short drive to just about everywhere but there are also plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We felt extremely safe here and LOVED everything about this place. ❤️

Had a wonderful trip to T&C and Tim’s place was just perfect for us. Looks just like the pics, easy to find, super clean. If you love marinas and are looking for a quieter stay than the big resorts this is the perfect spot. I walked the docks multiple times a day and saw tons of sea turtles, jellyfish, barracuda and even a few small rays. Hummingbirds in the beautiful flowers that surround the complex. A short drive to the downtown & resorts. Several great restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the condo and a great beach/snorkel spot. We really loved our stay and Tim was a fantastic host :) thank you!

Allyson was very responsive and quite helpful during our stay. The condo is immaculate with great amenities. At low tide we walked into the beach at the property and saw many fish all around us without any snorkel gear. The construction noise next door can get loud on the balcony, but generally inside it is quiet. The two pools and onsite cafe were wonderful surprises.

Had a wonderful time!! Mark and Kiki were great host to my fiancé and myself. Grounds were beautiful including the pool and the beach was just a short walk past the pool, which led to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen! We decided to extend our stay at very short notice and Mark was able to let us stay and enjoys couple more days. If we had any questions at all they were answered promptly and went above and beyond!! I would highly recommend Mark and Kiki’s properties and would be happy to book with them when we visit in the future!!

Sean was very responsive from the minute I made the reservation. Once we arrived he was very helpful and always checked in. He provided us with so many great dinning options and activities. I would definitely book with him. It was a pleasure and I enjoyed my stay.

Great space! Clean, felt safe (gated complex, well lit, respectful other guests/tenants). Quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced. The AC nice and cold, pool was amazing and almost unused (except by us!). Karen provides lots of amenities such as sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, a wagon to cart them in. Cannot go wrong staying here!!

If Yoshi’s place is available for your dates; consider yourself lucky and book it! Great location, easy walking path to Grace Bay, great restaurants, easy to check in, great WiFi, comfortable bed. We can’t wait to come back

Wonderful location in a condo resort on the beach. Several miles from the next building, surrounded by greenery and the sea. Very nice beach, pool and hot tub. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Nice balcony. Good AC or windows/ceiling fans. Very nice other guests.

Perfect location with an easy walk to the beach, along with restaurants, groceries, and shopping nearby. The condo had just about everything one could need for a day at the beach, and was well stocked with appliances and tableware, plus shower, laundry, and coffee items. The front sitting area and condo pool also served as great spaces for relaxing. We had issues with the door keypad but Keno was responsive and helped sort out an alternative means of entry. Excellent value for the price!

Beautiful, secluded. We would walk about 6 minutes to a more turquoise part of the private beach free of seaweed. We didn’t have a chance to try the on site restaurant or bar. Having a kitchen was nice to make our own breakfasts. Make sure to stop and buy your own sugar, cream, and coffee. Used coffee machine everyday. Very clean place. Comfy bed. Drawers for storage. Water was always hot even when two people showered at the same time. Ate at the Coralli at the Ritz Carlton for lunch right on the water and it was delicious. Also loved “farm” at Seven stars resort. Provali Neapolitan pizza is small but incredible!!! Host Jasmine was great and very responsive. The pool was never too busy and neither was the beach which we absolutely loved! Had the whole beach to ourselves most days! Also shopped at a local shop in Grace Bay called lemon 2 go and got some wonderful smelling perfumes and reed diffusers. Would definitely come back.

My family and I have stayed at a number of AirBnb's (and before that VRBO's!) over the years and I can honestly say that this was the best one yet. Jennifer's place has been meticulously arranged. Everything possible was considered for fun in the sun, as well as comfort and ease within the space. From the floating hammocks to the plush linens, to her extensive guide book, Jennifer thought of everything one could need to have an incredible vacation and make lifelong memories. I really hope to come back someday! Thank you Jennifer!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview! The location was amazing, right on grace bay and a 2 minute walk to the grace bay club that has amazing restaurants! Easy drive to a grocery store and more restaurants. The Grandview is super family friendly and the condo is spacious, clean, quiet and has beautiful views of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return!

Fantastic stay at Carpe Diem 201! Very nice location. Short and easy walk to the beach! Pool was private and had plenty of beach chairs and large umbrellas for shade. We had an issue with the grill on our patio but the responded very quickly. There is also another large grill down by the pool to use as well. Tips: There are stairs only up to this unit no elevator but they were easy to go up - wide and railings. Great little coffee shop Lemons2Go next door - they serve breakfast as well! Tons of shopping right across the street! Many good restaurants that are walkable! Bring plastic cups - there are none in the condo. We will return!!

Hal's condo at NW Point Resort is fabulous. For starters, the stunning ocean view from the balcony alone is worth the trip. The condo is beautifully appointed and wonderfully equipped, especially the kitchen. We have stayed at rentals all over the world, but rarely have encountered one with such comfortable beds and quality sheets (very important to us). And the number of bath and beach towels provided was remarkable!. Everything seems to have been very intentionally designed for the island vacationer with great little touches, from all the wall hooks for hanging wet swim gear to the huge beach bags for use on TCI's gorgeous beaches. The resort itself is lovely; we could have spent our entire time on its serene and beautiful beach. And Hal is a terrific host: very responsive, very helpful. Highly, highly recommended.

First of all, I want to mention the outstanding communication Nathan provided during the booking period, while at the condo, and upon leaving. We had zero issues. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked of everything we needed plus some. It’s an easy walk to the grocery, restaurants, and beach. Again everything we needed was at our fingertips. Thank you Nathan. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Best beach area and we walked and drove all over checking out other areas. Perfect spot and beach chairs closer to ocean than other resorts, which was nice. The place had everything we needed. We did a snorkel tour and a jet ski tour and both were great. Ate at The Farm, Las Brisas, The Pelican, Coco Bistros, CocoVan, Hemmingway’s, and Grace Bay Grill. All were fantastic. Having a car was a great idea. We were able to explore the island more. We had so much fun on the snorkel tour that we bought snorkel equipment and went to three other locations. So fun! Already planning our next trip.

The location is fantastic—quiet, scenic, and close to a couple of great local spots. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and we felt very relaxed the moment we arrived. Courtney was incredibly helpful and responsive in the lead-up to our trip, and once we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Molly, the property manager. Molly made everything seamless. We arranged for the fridge to be stocked before our arrival which was a great way to start the trip. We had a small issue with the car (a tail light wouldn’t turn off), and Molly had it taken care of promptly the next morning. The Yacht Club’s pool is beautiful and meticulously kept, and we really enjoyed meals at nearby Shark Bite and Baci—both were great and more reasonably priced than some of the Grace Bay spots. A close walk to the public beach (there is parking) and Smith's Reef as well. Rec. Sapodilla Beach for calm, shallow and gorgeous water. Highly recommend and can't wait for our next trip back!
