The atmosphere is defined by its modern and spacious interior and plenty of natural light.

The villa is well laid out, consisting of three separate apartments with private entrances – ideal for three families or groups of friends. It is always rented as a whole, ensuring complete privacy. The maximum capacity is 11 beds + 2 extra beds. All apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony or terrace.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
