Beach house holiday rentals in Grand Cayman

This was a beautiful, quiet, family-friendly place for us with our 9 children (6 months-18 years). The house was beautiful and had a large open living space in which we could spend lots of time together. The views were breath-taking, and the water was gorgeous. All of us were able to snorkel and enjoy the ocean, as the waves were calm but still very fun. There was great shelling, crabbing in the evening, and the sunrises were stunning. If you are looking for a quiet place away from all the bustle of 7-mile, we highly recommend this! Just a few minutes’ drive to Starfish Point; 15 or so minutes from Spotts Beach (where we saw several sea turtles, squid, stingrays, and fish); and walking distance to Rum Point. Lovely, private family vacation spot!!!!

Beautiful place! Very peaceful and serene. Great deck and pool area, shade and sun are available to everyone. Loved the grill for making food. Beautiful bay perfect for kayaks. Perfect for stargazing. Quiet streets for walking. Beachside restaurant and starfish point is a ten minute walk. Loved our accommodations. Just be mindful that seven mile beach is about an hour away by car so plan accordingly. Streets near seven mile and airport can get very congested in the morning and evening rush times.

We greatly enjoyed staying at Azure Breeze 6! Every system -- electrical, plumbing, appliances -- was in good condition, the beds were comfortable, and it was pleasant to sit outdoors, so close to the water and yet so private. Although the beach next to the house is not superb for swimming -- rather rocky, and because of the easterly winds, grass and coral tend to wash up on the sand -- it is lovely for walking and sitting, and we found many nearby beaches for swimming and snorkeling. Unlike the west side of the island, the North Side is peaceful and rural -- just what we were looking for.

Wow, what a place to stay! Thank you for opening up your piece of paradise. It was extremely clean - with all the sand around, that's impressive! Quiet, beautiful beach, comfortable bed, beautiful view. The couch was comfy too, but we were on the patio looking at the view most of the time. The beach is close and private. It's a very quiet area, which is what we wanted. This place will not disappoint. A fully stocked kitchen was nice too. By the way, I love that floor! It's perfect for the place. I know that we will stay there again whenever we go back. Now for the con - it made us sad to leave!

Great location! So much to do right there either a short walk or drive away. With a car you have easy access to the Crystal Caves, the Botanical Garden and everything on the east side. (Don’t miss the parrot sanctuary!) The house itself is perfect! You can tell that the owners use the house themselves as the kitchen is well equipped. The lanai makes dining a pleasure. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Words cannot describe how perfect this property was for our vacation to Grand Cayman. It’s in a quiet location with a private beach, the home was impeccably clean and well decorated, and Isaac was quick and responsive from start to finish. They had stocked the home with a few items upon arrival, which was perfect since our flight was later and we hadn’t gone to the grocery store yet. Isaac gave us several local recommendations and took time out of his day to talk and get to know us. It is obvious that Isaac and Rhonda take great pride in their property!

We loved our stay at Ocean’s Edge! This is our second year in a row staying at this property and it does not disappoint! The house is amazing and our hosts were very accommodating and responsive. My husband and I brought our three boys and we had lots to do to keep them busy- fishing, dolphin encounter, sting ray city, and lots of snorkeling! Some of the best snorkeling is right behind the house. We kayaked out about 150 yards where it starts to get deep, dropped anchor and the snorkeling was as good as anywhere on the island! Some of our favorite restaurants were Tukka East End, Waffle Monkey and Italian Kitchen. You will definitely need a rental car for this property as it is located in a quiet residential section of the island, which is what we preferred because it is peaceful and relaxing 😎

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and Julie was a wonderful host. Would recommend staying here to anyone. Looking forward to the next visit.

As advertised. Beautiful location near the quiet Rum Point side of the island. Our group had a blast and the property manager was a joy.

This was our first trip to the Cayman Islands and we were thrilled with the experience. Gary's home was perfect for our family. The neighborhood felt safe and the little market just 2 minutes was perfect for our grocery needs. This is definitely a restful location. Rum Point is close by and a great area to visit but if you want 'activity' and 'nightlife', it's quite a drive over to 7-mile beach area. Snorkeling off the 'front lawn' for kids and/or adults that don't swim well is perfect and we LOVED it! This is definitely a 'do over'. Thank you Gary~!

Monika's house was the perfect place to spend a week in Grand Cayman. The location was perfect and close to the grocery store, across the street from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants including Camana Bay. We enjoyed the pool, large backyard and safety of the residential neighborhood. The house was "as described" and we felt that we had everything we needed for the week. Thanks again!

Casa de Bells is a beautiful home. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. The host, Miss Grace is very warm, friendly and accommodating. My family and I enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend.

Dawn and Armando’s place was perfect for our group of 9. Each couple was able to have their own room and bathroom which was excellent. They have a really lovely outdoor space with the pool, and tons of snorkel equipment for us to borrow which was great for the beach! The house is as close as you can get to walk to the turtle and dolphin center, so you don’t have to worry about transportation if you’re visiting those spots. It has an excellent kitchen too for cooking in, with a grocery store a short drive away. If you take the public bus, it drops off at the turtle center which is basically at the driveway of the house, which makes public transportation super convenient! Would highly recommend this spot especially for large groups.

I have stayed at many AirBNBs and our stay with Samantha was the best ever! The home was large, inviting and had everything we could want. The two large comfortable beds were perfect for my sister and me. Onsite parking was a wonderful convenience. The central location was great for us since we had activities at both ends of the island. Samantha, our host, was a wealth of knowledge and history. She hales from an historic Caymanian family and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing the historic photos and exploring this fantastic and beautiful island!!!

We visited Grand Cayman and booked a couple of nights at the start of our holiday and a couple before we went home. As Ive said in my other review, book this place! We can not recommend it enough! The home is in a residential area but its quiet, except for the chickens but we loved them. 😍 The instructions to get to the house were so helpful and clear, you cant go wrong. Thank you so much!!!!!

Great little home and a small eight home development. Friendly neighbors with small children that our kids played with. Home wasn't a great location about 10 to 15 minutes from the ritz/kimpton/7 mile beach. Quick 3 to 5 minute walk to Papagallo's and the hotel across the street. Quick 5 minute drive to a small 24/7 grocery store, macabuca restaurant and snorkel/dive spot. Host was always super responsive and helpful. They even left their books and toys for our children at the same age. Nice books and toys not leftover junk from the thrift store. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at the house! It felt new, clean, and bright! There was enough room for the 5 of us, as our young kids shared the couch that converted into a bed. We had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking supplies, and appliances. Kids loved the big screen TV! If you're staying here, you will need a car. It's a quick drive to Seven Mile Beach (the public beach by Hotel Indigo was our favorite), grocery store, restaurants, and many attractions like the Turtle Centre, which was one of the highlights of the trip.

Wonderful home big enough for our family of 6. We appreciated the big back yard and loved Stitch the dog and the chickens. The home was very clean. Large kitchen with lots of kitchen ware for all uses, along with updated oven and fridge. Beds were very comfortable, and the rooms all had ceiling fans if it got too hot. Our kids enjoyed the tub for baths after playing in the large yard for forts. There was also a screened in back porch, and a hot tub but was out of order when we were there in Feb 2025. Ray also has scuba gear some life vests beach chairs and toys available for use. The washer and dryer located in the backyard was also surprisingly nice! Bonus was the 82” Samsung Smart TV, and a board game and crossword book. Location is in Bodden Town, if you’re looking for middle of the island, not very far to main roads.
