Quiet in the countryside

Independent and spacious accommodation with an unobstructed view. As nature lovers in search of peace and quiet, we acquired this old farmhouse located in a green setting, surrounded by pasture, a pond and a stream. We have completely renovated the main house and carefully fitted out the barn. The exterior improvements are not yet finished (façade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. The accommodation is located in Bouvancourt, a charming little village 20 km from Reims.

The "Barn" is is part of an old "forgeron" or blacksmith's property - it has been lovingly renovated to preserve all of it's original charm whilst providing an idillic setting to discover the Alsace wine route. Comprising of 2 generous master bedrooms with en-suite and a large open-plan living / dining and kitchen area on the ground floor leading out onto a wooden deck , perfect for enjoying the Alsace climate and local wine . Come and spend a night of horror in the 1783 stable. Here, we tremble, we shiver, we scream, among the pumpkins and the spiders. The stable is transformed into a Haunted Castle. In the past, there were cows, pigs, straw on the ground, and very old walls. This barn was converted into a flat six years ago. Today, she welcomes you. For one night or more, come and sleep in this magnificent haunted place where nightmares and fear reign. Ready to scream?

At the foot of the Donon massif, we offer a completely renovated gîte from an old barn. It consists of three bedrooms with bathroom for each: Two equipped with a shower and the third with a bathtub. A living room with lounge and TV, integrated and equipped kitchen, as well as a dining room. House on two levels, with a terrace, private fenced green area, and two parking spaces. The cottage is equipped with a Nordic bath for an extra fee.

Charming duplex in our converted tobacco dryer converted into a home. It has a ground-floor bedroom with two single beds, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed upstairs and a mezzanine with two single beds. Enjoy a comfortable and bright space with an open-plan fitted kitchen. Our village, between Strasbourg and Colmar, is close to Germany, 10 minutes from Europa-Park, the many Alsatian Christmas markets and Haut-Koenigsbourg.

To relax, a sauna and family pool are available. Osthoffen is a wine village located on the outskirts of Strasbourg. 15 minutes is enough to get to the city center or the airport.
