Renovated and extended, Buttercup cottage provides 3 bedroom 2 bathroom accommodation, perfect for a holiday getaway. It is just 400 yards from the beach, perfect for swimming or kayaking. If you feel energetic enough you can walk over the head to the harbour, where fresh fish is for sale , or just meander along the beach.

The cabin is situated at our home and small self funded vegan/vegetarian sanctuary on a hill, nestled in its own small wild nature garden and developing food forest of fruit, nuts and wild edibles. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cottage is situated on a quiet road, 1km from a blue flag beach. The picturesque village of Clogherhead is 3.3km away and has restaurants, takeaways, pubs and a beach cafe. Louth is the Land of Legends and has a rich history with plenty to see and do. There are a wide variety of outdoor activities including golf, walking and water activities. The M1 motorway is a 14min drive with Dublin and Belfast an hour in either direction.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Victoria Drummond Tower was built as a Folly Tower in the victorian period in 1858 by William Drummond Delap as part of Monasterboice House & Demesne. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. A very unique and enjoyable place to stay with a vast range of local & historical amenities at your disposal.
