The accommodation is in a scenic countryside location and here you can enjoy the peace and quiet with beautiful surroundings. The accommodation is newly renovated with a fully-equipped kitchen and shower. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home for an active holiday, summer and winter. We offer a beautiful setting with a garden and a cosy house where you'll find freshly made beds. We'll take care of the cleaning when you leave. Here you are close to Romme Alpin, hiking trails, swimming lake, culture and good food. If you want to cook your own food, there is a kitchen. Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
