Newly renovated cottage near beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

Here you live in a totally calm countryside among Öland stone walls and bike distance to Sweden's finest stretches of coastline. It is 1 km down to the sea. Byxelkrok is 4km away there is the harbor, restaurants and stalls open June-September. From the harbor you can go to the blue virgin by boat / day trip worth a visit. On the East side you have the fine beaches of the finishing touches and on the Västra side you are close to Byrum where you can see the raukarna mensalvaret and another beautiful beach Byrum Sandvik. Well-planned tiny house by the sea

Here you go down into a robe and take a swim or watch the sunset and the Gotland ferry pass on the front row. With beach and pouring a stone's throw away. A little walk to restaurants and cafes or stroll around among the cozy boathouses in the harbor. Live the simple life in peaceful and centrally located accommodation in idyllic Byxelkrok. A new, well-planned frigga with a 140 cm wide bed, comfortable sofa, TV, toilet, outdoor shower with hot water, small kitchen, fridge with small freezer. Balcony with sun and shade.

Krongård

Krongård was formerly one of the country's royal inns. On this farm, the king and his company could rest, eat and change to rested horses on their journey through the country. However, this was a long time ago. Until 2022, the farm was a dairy farm. Then milk production was discontinued because we had reached retirement age. Our dream has been to have time to renovate this old house and now the renovation is complete with 2 apartments. We hope our guests will feel at home here but still feel like they're away.

Cabin near the ocean

The cabin is perfect as a holiday home or for those who are out at work. The swimming area is 400 meters from the cabin. Boat place is 200 meters from the cabin and boat can be rented if you have a boat experience. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like.
