Skånes Djurpark (animal park) is a 45-minute drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bears, lynx and other Nordic species live in their natural environment. Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique cabin, high up among the treetops. At a height of 7.5 metres above the ground, you are surrounded by forest, birdsong and a soothing calm – far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cabin offers a private, secluded accommodation where nature is always present. Via two stairs and a suspension bridge, you reach a private, smaller hut where there is a wood-fired bath. Here you can sink into the warm water, smell the scent of wood and gaze out over the forest – an experience that is equally magical all year round.

Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The cabin is newly built and was completed at the turn of the year 2022/2023. Private access to Lake Svanshalssjön. Fishing on site. Swimming is possible but bathing shoes are recommended (until we have built a jetty). Otherwise, there is very nice nature nearby that is crossed by the Skåneleden. Within cycling and driving distance is Osby, where there are grocery stores, restaurants and other activities.

The Tailor's Villa

The tailor master villa is a renovated two-story house from the early 1900s with preserved details and modern amenities. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, toilet with shower and washing machine as well as a south-facing terrace. The upper floor has a bedroom, kitchen and living room with TV and fireplace, a balcony facing southeast and a bay window overlooking the river Lagan. Grocery store and downtown are 2 kilometres away. A comfortable base for both relaxation and excursions. The house is not accessible. Welcome to book!

There are no musts here, just peace. The house is not suitable for small children. Children must be at least 9 years of age.

For those who like to be active, canoes are available to borrow, so you can explore the water on your own. The lakeside cottage is located in a beautiful cultural landscape, with a short walk of just under a kilometre to Linnés Råshult – a place full of history and scenic charm.
