Pip's Hideaway is our gorgeous 1 bedroom pet friendly holiday cottage situated on our family-run livestock farm, in the hamlet of Selside, close to Kendal and the Lake District. It was lovingly created from an old farm building in 2012 to a high standard keeping traditional features. The cottage is the perfect base for exploring all the Lake District has to offer. (A car is highly recommended) We are 9 miles from Bowness on Windermere , 11 miles from Ambleside and 23 miles from Keswick.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Apartment No 1 is on the ground floor & is one of four fully equipped, comfortable apartments in our Georgian Mansion close to The Lake District. The house is on our 200 acre farm & guests are welcome to enjoy the fields, woodland & river. Shaw End is an ideal holiday base for couples & families.

Nestled at the foot of the Howgill Fells on our small family farm, Ellergill pod is the ideal base to explore both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. With its double bed and double sofa bed, it's perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or for a family with up to 2 children. There is a fully equipped kitchenette,  ensuite bathroom, outdoor dining, firepit, bbq, swinging seat and covered outdoor bath ( big enough for 2!)
